Pending and confirmed progress, explained
Every request shows two kinds of progress. Confirmed is money that passed review. Pending is money someone has declared but that has not been reviewed yet.

Why two numbers
Anyone can type an amount. Counting declarations as confirmed would let progress be inflated. Separating them keeps progress honest.
How it is shown
- Confirmed — mint, with a check icon and the word “confirmed”.
- Pending review — amber, with a clock icon and the words “pending review”.
Who confirms
Not the request owner. Evidence is assessed automatically where configured and reviewed by administrators; unclear evidence stays pending for a person.
Closing a request
When the confirmed total reaches the target, the request closes.
